Guys, what is the current street price for the Wii?
Retail in the front page says RM1299.
Is it still that expensive?

From garage sale, I'm seeing Wii for sale around RM700. How much to get the whole thing up n running ? do i need all those optional controllers to fully enjoy Wii ?

Juz got my Wii today...

but playing the games is tiring (play the Wii sport with my wife) ...

so guys wat games is a must ... really dunno wat game to get ...

and do i need to get SD card??? what it for??? i ask the guy at the shop he say no need...

anyone knows if the WHITE gamecube controller is readily available? search2 but still cannot find one 

i am getting DellTM  ST2310 and wii next month, can these 2 things connect together with component cable? (without vga box)

Hi all just wondering does wii have many RPG game titles? Do they use motion controller for all of their games?

It seems so. I kinda wish we could get more support in terms of better Wii games. First party or 3rd party, but it is really getting filled up with shovelware.

Frankly, I also think that there's a good amount of time that we can spend on Wii games we like and how we can complete them. Do you know that there are still people playing Tatsunoko Vs Capcom in the states? I know I fought with them.

So basically if I successfully perform a system update all the mod will be gone.
Does the NSMB disk that bundled together with the console have relavant update? Mine didn't update the system so I'll take that as a no, but will those hacks prevent system update?
How to check whether a game disk contain update?

My firmware is 4.0U with Homebrew Channel & NeoGamma R9 installed.
What I want to know is even with a modded NTSC-U wii, if I only play original NTSC-U game on it I shouldn't face much problem, correct?
Now if NSMB didn't update the system, meaning the 4.0U firmware is enough to play it? Then what is causing the wii to crash. I can start the game normally, and play for a while when the console will suddenly crash. The "point-of-crashing" is not fixed but rather random. I don't have this crashing problem with the bundled Wii Sport.

JAP model can only play original NTSC-J cd
US game can only be played on US model
so, the answer is NO.
there is a way to play that game, but it is dangerous to do it.
it's called modding.

if u have a 42/28/50" TV, it will look jaggy on your tv, even if u use a component cable and set it to 480p
I haven't try a wii2hdmi hardware cuz it's too pricey, u can buy 1 more controller with its price
