Hi Audrey,

I can deliver for you through citylink at RM950. I can collect from you at your Klang office or you can also send to me at USJ4.

In my opinion, PosLaju is good if you're doing postage for Malaysia. Cause I use PosLaju alot and most of packages come from Sabah and I'm in Seremban, but I get my package the next day and the tracking service online is just accurately superb.

If you want to courier a phone, please remove the battery when sending. Phone batteries are classified as DG (Dangerous Goods) and are not allowed to be carried by most couriers.

For repair and return items, it should be declared as C2 or K2 item, do tell the courier service that this is a c2 item, to avoid any duty charges on either end. Just remember to prepare a commercial invoice and state that it is a R&R item. I would suggest DHL or FedEx only. The rest are not so reliable. thumbup.gif

K2 is C2 in BM. It's a type of custom form

It's a repair and return form for custom. nod.gif

Hi everybody need your advice or experience regarding shipment using tntpost Netherlands to Malaysia. Do tntpost have an office in Malaysia? If not who do they work/deliver their parcels through? If yes how do I contact them? It's tnt post not tnt express
