ABX sucks...
DHL is expensive but accurate and reliable
Poslaju...depending on your local post office

Anyone know which courier can provide call before delivery or two times delivery. My receiver afraid she might not be home, Hence, request this.

May I ask what is the cheapest to use for Small and Light items? I would say its less than 500g or maybe less than 1 kg .And it should not be bigger than our palm

Dear All,
Just recently, i went thru a bad experience with ABX.
1. I am supposed to get my parcel on 28/03/2013 (Thursday), but they said they couldnt find my address as it was incomplete so they called me up about 9.39am & 9.40am to inform me so, and if possible, they want me to collect it myself at their office in PJ but I refused & claimed that it was purely sender's fault to not state the full address so ABX took down my full address and promised to send it to me.
2. The next day, 29/03/2013 (Friday), I checked with my mailing rooms staffs whether they have received my parcel, they said there was nothing. I checked their delivery status online. ABX Services has updated in the tracking system as the item is delivered and it was signed by - CO-STAMP?! And the items is nowhere?! This is totally unacceptable?! I have had experienced my parcel went missing once but it was SkyNet. So, I called up ABX Customer Service to lodge a complaint on my missing parcel. I spoke to a staff by the name of Ika. She then delivered the real story: The parcel is actually safe with them, at their PJ office, it seems that the delivery boy couldn’t "find" me or anyone to collect my items on behalf? Really? FYI, our company is using ABX Services also. That guy managed to collect our daily shipments but he was not able to deliver the item to anyone and furthermore he has stamped our CO-Stamp on the delivery note?

i hv request open an accout with kangaroo,

i email nobody reply , so i call the nearest office , the branch that always assigned to deliver to me ,

i call , a chinese girl answered , so i tell her , i want open an account,
she ask me what business , etc and ask i leave my handphone number,
she say she ask her boss "whether can give open or not" ,
and say get back to me,
know wat? the chinese girl never get back to me ,

ok , i wait 2-3 days , no1 reply me,

so in the end , i request thru website form again , the branch manager Mr Ganesan from PBR call me ,
ask i fill form , then he say he come ,
when i reply and ask some question , the branch manager no reply, then i call him,
he ask he just replying to me , what a dishonest person.

finally he come , he ask whether i everyday got item send ,
i say not , i want send warranty and customer,

then he say ok , he ask his guy to send me consignment note,

then 1 week no news and no reply.

if u not agree dont promise and let me wait ,

within 2-3 days my skynet already approved everything,

skynet once leave a laptop nobody deliver , until i go to office myslelf.

since then it same fast like poslaju ,even faster , 9.30am already received goods, unlike poslaju ,skynet will call me , make sure parcel is delivered ,

I am very dissapointed with kangaroo , and their staff.

If you keep the value below RM1k, they won't tax you. Anything RM1k and above they will hold it at the custom and you would have to go there, pay tax before you can take your parcel. Also, all large item will be checked as well, to make sure ppl don't 'run away' from tax..

Can you try re-package them into smaller boxes and keep them below the RM1k mark. that works
