hi guys a question. can i send electronic goods to oversea? How about the duties/taxes or whatsoever? i'm planning to use DHL.

you may send electronic items to another countries.
duties/taxes will be subject to that particular country regulations & by default, the recipient will be the one responsible for it.
do check with your courier co on the paperwork requirement for certain countries for these kind of items

Hi. Need some help from you guys. Me and my wife currently run a small beanbag business and want to try to expand our reach to east malaysia/outside klang valley. bean bag weigh around 5kg, so you can imagine that it's quite huge (around 63'' X 50''). Which courier in this case is the best choice? Need their help to also have the proper box/packaging as i don't have any kind of box which could fit the whole bean bag.

GD-EXpress sux...i sent complaint email to them...not even a follow ups..
the story started when i called them to get my package by hand at puchong branch, they couldnt find my package anywhere...
i gave them my contact and address if they able to find my package and where to send it. a week later, they called me asking,
when can i get my package at their office? ...wtf....? after they misplaced my item then want me to come again?

She said the people from Sure-Reach pick the package last Friday. today is Monday and the package still havent arrive yet. its actually something that worth almost rm2k. i couldnt believe my mom used a service that nobody have never heard before... im so depressed and worried. is it possible that my item is lost? :'(
