which one cheapest?

cheapest in what sense? sending a local courier within Malaysia? or exporting out to international locations?

actually, all prices for couriers are comparatively same. Some are just slighttttly lower, some have better customer service, so, can't really comment. smile.gif

Both passes through customs the same. No 'easier' way from international couriers.

I used fedex liao.

Added on October 14, 2010, 11:22 amIt is hard to believe that when someone intended to schedule for second delivery due to the first delivery, there was no one at the premise. There was one note left for reschedule but your company requested customer to call back tomorrow to confirm for schedule.

Then I was told that they can't make the 2nd delivery today because of "too many goods" to be delivered today.

Is that the valid reason for 2nd delivery goods to be told to a customer?

If it is, I would say that it is a bad service offered.

hi all,
does anybody has the Kangaroo courier outskirt area list?

i used their service since July 2010, & just found their are not send on 2nd day for some outskirt area. Also, some of the area, they just go to delivery once a week on schedule! rclxub.gif rclxub.gif really affected my sale & trust from customer, even i post on 2nd day after payment, they can't receive cox of the Unknown Outskirt/Schedule by Kangaroo company doh.gif doh.gif

for far i hv send about 120- 150 parcels from July, only these 2area i found they deliver on "schedule". The others area is so far some very good & some ok, only these:
1. Limbang Sarawak
2. Gemas (Johor /N. Sembilan)

Hi all,

i have bought a jersey from united direct and will be sent to me using Royal Mail. They have shipped out on 18th November. Anyone knows when will it arrive in Malaysia? As it couldn't be track, is there anyway i could find out whether it has reach Malaysia?

Another question is, can i send cosmetics to Brunei? what is the max custom value that can be declared, so that it wont be taxed by custom?
Is poslaju reliable? i checked online on the shipping time, it says it would take 3 to 4 days. Is it true?

review based on my personal experience and my location is in Banting,Selangor

PosLaju
+Usually take 1-3 day for peninsular and 2-4 day to Borneo
+my goods always in good condition(electronic, clothes etc)
+knowledgeable about location, even in some very remote place notworthy.gif
+polite staff(at least the one in my area)
-lousy customer service(phone) but excellent on-line(always reply to my email)

Pos Ekspress(envelope)
+guaranteed next day delivery.the worst is 3 day in my case
+easy to use.doesnt need to go to counter for measure etc
-no insurance

Skynet
+Usually take 2-3 day for peninsular
+problem to find location in rural area especially in my kampung
+will call you before each delivery(mostly to ask location biggrin.gif )
-lousy customer service
-my goods sometimes almost torn up

Citylink

+Usually take 1-3 day for peninsular
+my goods always in good condition(electronic, digi camera etc)
-the person who deliver the package is riding a motorcycle!what if its raining! shocking.gif

Kangaroo
+customer service is kinda nice and warm icon_rolleyes.gif
-Usually take 2-16 day for peninsular.yes it is 16 day..they enter my area once a week and once they unable to find my home on first week, they said they will try again the other week rclxub.gif

Verdict&Rating:
PosMalaysia 85% highly reccommended for inside Malaysia shipment
Skynet 75% reccomended for familiar location like city and town
Citylink 80% great option beside PosLaju
Kangaroo ??? please go dai mad.gif nah,use it for familiar and famous location only

I need help. I want to use EMS(pos laju) to ship my stuff from CdJapan. Can I request to send my stuff to the pos office instead to my home? I will collect the stuff my self at pos office branch as I do not want my siblings to disturb the thing if it is a home delivery when I'm not at home. -.-

Is that possible? I do not want home delivery if could. Please help!

I had real bad experience with Kangaroo Express recently... Took them 1 week to deliver an item from JB to PJ. Called them like not less than 5 times and their PJ office told me they had too many packages to be delivered because they are short of manpower rclxub.gif
The worst thing is after I went to their JB office to check on the incident. One of the staff there was unbelievably rude and inexperience, he asked me to take my business somewhere else because they were too busy to entertain me.... Vomit blood rite!!!! Not quite yet, I found out something bad later.... I send 2 packages to Sabah thru them on the day that I went there....You know what, both the packages(Gundam Model kit inside) were dented like F<>k doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif And that never happened before. So now, I've taken my business somewhere else. Kangaroo Express, never again vmad.gif
