hi, anybody here have any experience with Sure-Reach? I never heard of this company until my mom posted something for me from Sabah to KL. She said the people from Sure-Reach pick the package last Friday. today is Monday and the package still havent arrive yet. its actually something that worth almost rm2k. i couldnt believe my mom used a service that nobody have never heard before... im so depressed and worried. is it possible that my item is lost? :'(
