Probably that's their official position.

I've seen somebody put a Pos Laju branch as their address and write down "Self-collect" remark on the package.
The parcel get sent directly to the EziBox locker.

Maybe it is allowed at Pos Laju branch and not the regular Pejabat Pos, because they work differently.

OR, maybe unofficially they allow it despite their official position. Try at your own risk!

Alternatively, you can use pgeon.delivery. They allow you to collect your parcel at nearby 99speedmart, mynews etc. for free.
I've tried it once, ok so far.

Wondering how do they make profits in this case,
Do we need to ask sender to specifically use Pgeon and they charge sender?
Or we can just shop at say Shopee and specify the address as certain 99speedmart with our name?

Probably once they achieve critical mass then only they'll start charging. Or they are hoping to boost footfall in their store. You know la once you are there, might as well get some eggs la, bread la, sugar la. It's a win-win.

You have to register with pgeon and book a slot at that 99speedmart. Then you will be given the address with your name and a certain code. Just copy and paste that address in any online store. So it will work with any online store and any courier that they used. When the package arrived, you will get an SMS with a certain code that you'll have to show to the cashier. So make sure you enter your mobile number correctly.
There are package size limitation though. Just be aware of that.

I don't know if this is the right place to ask but my package from the US shipped via UPS to Malaysia and the tracking ended in Malaysia. I called UPS branch here and they said they did not receive my package and the tracking number is not in their system, told me they must have switched carriers once arrived at KLIA. They gave me 3 contact numbers of which all phones were not answered. Then I called customs and customs referred me to cargo which again, did not answer. So frustrating!

Hi need some advice.

I bought a 50 inch TV, but it was damaged during delivery courier used by seller (outside KV).
Now seller ask me to return the damaged TV to them and they will bear the shipping cost.

I plan to send it back to seller via PosLaju.
The TV with box weight at least 18kg, which I checked the shipping price online in PosLaju is RM32.50.

Do I really need to bring the TV all the way to PosLaju just to weight it? confused.gif
Or I just go there to get the consignment note and tell them my parcel is 18kg so just pay the price for shipping, then call 'PosLaju On Demand Pickup' to pick up my TV from home? confused.gif

Update: Problem solved. Just know about Easyparcel/MatDespatch ...
