Looking to send some items to Seattle, Washington. FedEx quoted me rm300+ for a 1kg box. Are there any cheaper price to ratio weight alternatives?

Hey guys, need your advice. I have a delivery by Pos Laju. It was delivered to my house but no one was there to receive. It was sent to Pos Laju Branch. Subsequently it was claim from the branch by an unknown party.

How may I proceed to claim and complaint?

Thanks.

How its working? Is it i need to top up the credit? If they show the price, that's the final price to pay? So confusing.. can you explain more?

Yes , it works like touch and go , you top up credit in EasyParcel website , then when you wanna send a parcel , it will deduct from you account balance
Example :
Today you top up RM100 in your account
Tomorrow , you wanna send a 1kg parcel from Penang to KL ( RM6 ) , so you make order at EasyParcel website , RM100 - RM6 = RM94 balance in your account
the price shown is nett already , its the final price to pay
Then , the courier company you choose , will come to your address to pick up your parcels

If you still had more questions , feel free to contact 012-5163286 ( Nick ) ^^
or click here to register an account at EasyParcel

DO NOT USE NATIONWIDE EXPRESS!

Fyi I'm an online business owner and I've tried several courier service companies. And honestly speaking, NATIONWIDE EXPRESS is the WORST courier service company I've ever come across.

The dispatch didn't show up on the pickup date, after I report late, they didn't show up on the next day again! I had no choice but to make a cancellation at easyparcel. The next day after my cancellation only I received a call from NATIONWIDE EXPRESS to make sure whether the parcel is collected or not, but not even an apology! What's the point of calling me after my cancellation but not before?

I will not use their courier service anymore and I will definitely recommend anyone not to use this courier service. Finally I hope they will improve otherwise might as well close down their company asap because I don't think they can even compete with other courier service companies out there.

Hi...

Let's say I have a FedEx/DHL/UPS/USPS shipment from US, which has a total CIF value of RM800. For custom clearance, will FedEx/DHL/UPS/USPS charge any fee? If a fee is applied, how much is the fee?

Kindly advise, thanks.

Pickup time is 1~6pm ,
If your order is before 12pm , then they will come at 1~6pm on that day
If your order is after 12pm , then they will come at 1~6pm the next day

For first pickup , we cant estimate the time , they will come randomly in between 1~6pm , but everytime the time is similar , means if they come at 3pm first time , then everytime they would come at around 3pm

For parcel tracking , we got all shipment tracking tab in our website , that can track all your previously sent parcels at once , or your customers could came to our website to track their parcels too
