Yes , it works like touch and go , you top up credit in EasyParcel website , then when you wanna send a parcel , it will deduct from you account balance
Example :
Today you top up RM100 in your account
Tomorrow , you wanna send a 1kg parcel from Penang to KL ( RM6 ) , so you make order at EasyParcel website , RM100 - RM6 = RM94 balance in your account
the price shown is nett already , its the final price to pay
Then , the courier company you choose , will come to your address to pick up your parcels

Pickup time is 1~6pm ,
If your order is before 12pm , then they will come at 1~6pm on that day
If your order is after 12pm , then they will come at 1~6pm the next day

For first pickup , we cant estimate the time , they will come randomly in between 1~6pm , but everytime the time is similar , means if they come at 3pm first time , then everytime they would come at around 3pm

For parcel tracking , we got all shipment tracking tab in our website , that can track all your previously sent parcels at once , or your customers could came to our website to track their parcels too
