Hi guys, I'm currently using DHL & TNT to ship my goods to oversea countries, both of them provided the efficiency service but just the shipping cost quite high.

I'm looking for a courier which provided efficiency service and of course must cheaper than DHL & TNT, any other recommend?

Hi guys, anyone have experience sending documents (approximately 500g) to oversea? Russia and US to be specific. What services is the cheapest? How long is the delivery time?

Not sure about Russia, recently I sent a parcel to UK using the DHL eCommerce, took about 6 days to arrive to UK.

Yup, they will pickup from your doorstep for free, item will be sent to processing center in KL/Selangor for inspection and then to destination. Note that if using the DHL eCommerce, once the parcel arrived to destination country, the parcel will handled by their partner such as UPS in USA/ New Zealand Post in New Zealand.

I got a quote from them. DHL eCommerce cost only RM 43.44 to send to Russia !!?

I think especially for overseas delivery,you need to pay more for efficiency services.Stick with your regular services if they're are reliable,you don't want to take chances on overseas delivery.

I need help WebDpot I called their support many times, they didn't pickup. I ordered for pickup but when I want to print consignment note it is not available. All it say is file 'xxxxxxxxx94632733.pdf' not exists. please wait.'

I use their service a few time and never have any problem but I admit there's so many instruction to follow and really confuse for 1st time user. I never phone call theme but I will contact the LIVE CHAT, their staff is happy to guide me.

Contacting them through live chat. Had print shipping label and invoice. I have no air waybill because it's mail. I use DHL eCommerce for sending to Russia and use Aramex for pickup. Now still left consignment note, which I couldn't get.

Their website user interface very confuse too , but I'm sure there is a print button to print the consignment note in pdf. Let me check my account history, btw, what their support team say?

Thanks WebDpot. I figured it out ! After choosing pickup service, we actually need to wait for like 10 min to let the consignment note(with AWB) to get ready. Thank you very much I got it now.

My parcel picked up by Aramex guy 06 Dec, arrived to Web2ship 08 Dec. Now it's still with them, they didn't send out to DHL (or possibly lost!?). Very disappointed with their service. Called them no pickup. Online chat person keep saying will send out 'today' evening for the past 1 week. Not recommended service. Maybe you had great experiences with them, but I didn't. Thanks for your recommendations though , just want to inform other forumites.

I'm currently very anxious, that parcel is quite important. I hope it will arrive safely.

Ninja Van another courier service in Malaysia, but mostly for commercial.

Sorry to hear that, so far I have good experience with them, mine DHL Van came pickup the item. If the parcel still in Malaysia, maybe you can ask them to return to your address and then you can use other courier service. Btw, maybe you should create another thread about Web2Ship ask forumer about their experience.

Does anyone know how do i escalate shit to GDEX ? Purchased from Lazada, shipment is on the way but last update was almost 10 days ago.

With helpline that never pick up, i will have to bring the rain onto their doorstep.
