Anyone experiencing noise from below the car when the car is going over bumpy roads? Last time when the car was new no sound at all but after few months later got alot of noise coming from below the car when going over a bumpy road. I dont know if its the absorber or something loose underneath.

Better go claim warranty. I think this has something to do with the disc brake or something...i'm not really sure, but last time my Myvi also like that, like the whole bottom going to fall off, after they changed dunno wat, then no more problem already until now. Better claim it fast! I think this is common problem in Myvi...but P2 never make a recall. sweat.gif

Yeah..seems like a common problem with Myvis. I sat in my friend's myvi last time also same problem cuz its exactly the same sound. Sounds as if something is loose beneath and the sound is quite loud and disturbing.

Btw "Matrix" which SC did u go to? I normally go to the one in Jalan Ipoh but sometimes i find them not reliable.

Jalan Ipoh? That is an Authorised SC right, some chinese-named shop(can't remember)? not a P2 branch. Yeah, i've been there once before for my 1st service, but they claim cannot use my 1st service free voucher there, some more charge higher for unneccesary stuff...

So far all my P2 service is done in PJ...emm, not sure SS what...but it's near the Nanyang Siang Pau(or is it Sin Chew Jit Poh?) roundabout there. So far very satisfied. Very polite customer service (unlike dulan *** Proton SC) and they'll even call day after service to check on you....somemore got a pretty looking malay girl there too...haha.

yeah u can claim, ur warranty is 2 years at least, if u didn't buy the EWP.

Then you better make sure it is done properly and correctly.

After everything is done, send to your own mechanic and have him to confirm that everything is in good condition...

i got a quote to re-paint the front bonnet. Its cost RM220 at kepong area. The question is my front bonnet the paint faded (because of bad polishing) only small area. But the shop said i need to re-paint whole bonnet bcause if touch up at that area only, it will see the effect (2 color..new paint and existing paint). The reason given to re-paint whole bonnet - that area is hot due to engine bay area, if touch up will see the effect in 2,3 months later.

So.. what sifus said? Touch up or re-paint? If repaint they need to sand whole bonnet right?

Questions
Can all Perodua vehicles (including those with carburettor fuel system) use the RON 95 petrol?
Answer
Yes

Questions

I have been using a particular brand of RON97 petrol for my Myvi/Kelisa/Kenari/ViVA/Nautica, will the engine of my vehicle experience “knocking” when using RON95?
Answer
No, because all Perodua engines setting allow the use of petrol with RON90 and above.

Questions
Can I mix the RON 95/RON97 petrol for my car?
Answer
Yes, there is no problem mixing the various grades of petrol.

Myvi manual 500km for 32L fulltank. Auto 400km +/-20km for 32L.

For these figures, -100km if ur driving in KL jam. -50km if stuck in USJ jam. Figures accurate for daily 40km commute Klang-Bangsar.
