FARKING HELL I HAD MY FIRST ACCIDENT.
Got careless and turned to late at parking lot corner, left bumper smacked the wall hard.
Does anybody know if I take it to Perodua SC, how long it'll take to fix?

riazorblues: Yeah I just got my Vivi last Friday. I went to a nearby workshop and showed them the pics... they said will cost around RM100-RM220 to fix. Is that reasonable?

cheeann: Hi cheeann, sorry, I don't understand why rainy season will affect. Can I not just send them during any bright and shiny day? Is it because of the damp air, or rain will affect? The workshop is near my house...

They said knocking and spraying will be around RM220. The shop I went to is YM Auto Parts & Accessories, located in Lucky Garden, Bangsar.

The amount is an estimate only and based on the photos I showed them. I'll drive my car tomorrow morning to the workshop and ask them to give me the exact quotation.

I've lost my car key and am currently using the spare key...if the key rely kenot be retrieved wat shud I do? Change the whole locking system of the car? Wats the estimated price for the following action?

My car's fixed!   
After I drove my car back, I was extra careful.
Looks 97% new. Still can see 1 or 2 small scratches. But overall quite satisfied. Won't be driving the next few days to prevent rain from damaging the paintwork.

The total cost is RM367.50. Includes knocking and respray jobs. The workshop I finally chose was Mun Thoong Car Services Sdn Bhd.

cheeann: Wah, RM50 cheaper. Maybe next time I'll go you if I hit my bumper again (choy ) The workshop I went only 5 minutes drive from my house.

Wow..u live really close by. U from Jln Tempinis area? That Mun Thoong workshop is not bad but its quite pricey.
Anyone knows how much it cost to fix small dents caused by stones?

same feeling too after sitting my fren's car with continental tires, mine is like no suspension even small holes also can feel......

yaya, i memebered that too...

we have Ezi, which is the normal one, and SE 07, which is the abit lancer front looking one, and SE 08 which is the newest face lift.
but i heard that if i wanna convert from SE 08 front bumper to SE 07 front bumper i have to change the foglights and the front hood. the foglight memang must change but i'm unsure about the front hood.

cause if you see SE 07 front hood and SE 08 front hood is different. is like old normal myvi and the new normal myvi. both front hood is different.

today i accidentaly bang a myvi..which cause that myvi's front bumper right side come out abit and few scratches around there and also plate number..
i wonder how much it will cost?how much for me to pay money?

my car is laggy and it's a auto myvi. what could be the cause? petrol? air filter?

Been awhile since i posted anything at all

Juz some update on my MyVI, my absorber is leaking... 2 years 2 months, juz out of warranty and it's only 31k KMs!! Sigh, need to fork out some money to replace em now...

Any suggestion for replacement for OEM absorbers? I was quoted RM175 for P2 Ori Kayaba (Licensed by Tokico Japan) <-- That's how the Seremban SC told me...

Will shop around for a better alternative or I'd be good on Kayaba? Comments pls~

Btw, the driver door, when I open the door, i heard a sound "krak". It's like as if, smtg were out of shape (door), everytime i close the door, n open again, i hear the krak sound. Anyone know why, and how much would it cost me to fix it? thx fellow sifus

I'm a frickin idiot.   Once again I've caused my MyVi to get hurt again. At the same friggin spot too. Today while I was forward parking, my left bumper scratched the pillar.
