QUOTE(alpha_company @ Jun 2 2009, 10:05 PM) can change exposure? waaa.. ok tuh..really nice. is it free? Ya. I've jst discovered that and now use it a lot on my JPEGs...but i still think the information contained in jpeg is too little & less accurate compared to RAW However it's not free, Camera RAW is in bundle with photoshop CS3. So u have to purchase photoshop CS3. But I guess CS4 also got, so if u wanna purchase, jst purchase CS4, newer version |

50mm equal to 75mm 35mm focal length. So it quite narrow for a potrait show IMHO

QUOTE(mixologist84 @ Jun 4 2009, 12:45 AM) in dilemma of getting 50mm f1.4 or 35mm f1.8. Heard b4 that J one of Amcorp mall can quote good price for Nikon stuffsi have not tried both but tried 50mm f1.8 quite a few times. i mostly shoot potraits. and from my pasy experience i think 35mm would be more versatile for me as in certain time ''taking 2 step back'' just wont do with 50mm. so here i stand humbly asking to be poisoned by more 35mm f1.8 shots. will get by weekend. so far ys quoted me at 800 for it and they have stock. i need to get either one of these lense and an sb600. and again here i humbly stand asking for advice on where to shop and a a price guide probably. i knw tht sb600 will cost exactly like 35mm but just hoping to a get a better deal if i take both item Added on June 4, 2009, 12:54 amoh ya guys may i humbly invite all the borther's and sister's here for some charity work.. QUOTE(Balok @ Jun 6 2009, 05:55 PM) Is it a good start for me to buy Nikon D60 as my first SLR? Do u familiar with DSLR?? If no, then D60 is a good camera for beginner. The layout is easy to understand and u can make urself familiar with DSLR function.my friend have one, and he really makes me drooling everyday just wanna know it's worth the price because i'm using 70% of my own money to buy it is it? :S or i should wait for newer nikon If u want more than beginner stuffs, then u can get a D5000 or D90. It's more professional than D60. My advice is if u wanna upgrade to a more serious camera, u can get a used unit and learn all the things u can learn from a beginner DSLR. When u are ready to upgrade, then u can sell of ur DSLR and get urself a new mid-range DSLR like D90 |
