You can upload and download torrent with Chinese characters, if your system does not support you may rename then download.

what are the differences between rutorrent and torrentflux?

they both have different interface, rutorrent have no queue system while torrentflux has
they both have GUI to upload torrent and FTP to download files, check out the main page on the interface.

slow download although it has a decent seed and the torrent is quite new.

No its not normal, I think you went over your quota then your download speed is capped at 1KB/s

Once you free up your space change the download speed limit from 1KB/s to unlimited
You can simply right click on the blue arrow at bottom page then change it to unlimited.

Is that download speed normal? I only get around 200-100kbps.

& when i'm downloading from FTP to my computer, after 5 seconds the download will stop. Stop as in the download is alive but at 0 kbps. I am using IDM.

What's the solution?

Here is a screenshot taken of your account download some torrent
Downloading torrent depends on many factors, good seeders give you good download speed.
In this case we both using same account, same server, and if you notice same number of seeder which is 23, however im getting far more faster than yours
So if you are getting slow speed, you can either wait or look for better torrent that give you better speed.



As for your FTP issues, i have test on same account, as you can see on screenshot taken, im downloading your file at 200++Kbps
Im using maxis mobile broadband so i may not get the best speed as others who on cable streamyx / Unifi
So my suggestion is either to try change download manger , reboot your connection and if you still have this issue you will need to log complaint to your internet service provider.

Please also read your email as i dont provide troubleshoot support in this forum, i only provide in email so i can keep track of the history.
Also you may get slow respond if posted here compare to sending email.

again and again im reminding not just to you but to all my customer, to send email so i can have my team to look into your issue and trying fix it.
I event highlighted in subject on email MUST READ ALL but still almost 90% don't bother to read.
