I am looking forward for a long time subscription to say good bye to VPN services, so, if i may, let me have a few questions:

What is the difference between Torrentflux and ruTorrent?

Do you support paypal payment?

and finally, a somewhat theorical question - If i subscribe for a 10GB package normally, but once in a while i might need to download something in between 10~20GB package, say, about 13gb - but i know that after this file, i wont be downloading anything as big as this for a long time.

What would be the best way to deal with such situation in the most cost effective way other than "waiting for this month's subscription to end, and subscribe for a 20GB package for a month, then return to a 10GB package after that"?

Of course, the obvious solution is long term subscription on the 20GB package, but i am asking if theres an alternative way to do so.

What is the difference between Torrentflux and ruTorrent?
They have different interface, torrentflux much easy to use, ruTorrent for advanced user.
Torrentflux have more features and more user friendly, a bit slower compare to ruTorrent.
ruTorrent have less features a bit faster and very light interface.

on both package you can do selective download, unless one single file is 13GB, then you can email me to have extra 13GB for a day or two.
I normally dont care much if exceeded extra 5GB

Most of my customers enjoy download up to 600GB - 700GB cycle with high speed connection.
Many of them been subscribe since day one i run my service.

Oh and, - if i stop a torrent completely after its done (I.E. i havent download the file, but its done downloading, and isnt uploading, just DONE.), will it be automatically deleted?

EDIT:Nevermind. The FAQ says it will be deleted if its not in Leeching, Seeding, Queued and New.

to prevent issues, server randomly delete DONE / STOP files
few reason, one of it is some users just lazy to rename their torrent files, if they upload same files as you , it will prompt error that torrent file exist in server.
many users dont really understand why this happen, its because duplicate torrent file and they will start email because they taught its error with server.
beside that it also help to reduce server load. so over all , everyone enjoy stable and fast server, only that completed torrent file only will be removed, your data still inside your storage.

GREAT services. I am in love now. VPN still have huge transfer overheads so my actual transfer rate is just 80% of what i am actually at, while this is just pure max speed.

Added on December 26, 2011, 10:19 amTheres a problem now though, theres 2 torrents i started that have chinese character as folder name - now while i can see them just fine on the ftp, in directory listing on the webui it just shows ?????? and i cant delete it to reclaim the file space.

EDIT: Nevermind. Solved by using filezilla.

another month of renewal

recently piratebay has announced that they will soon stop hosting the torrent file for download but instead only have magnet links.

since i believe a big chunk of torrents are actually from piratebay will we be able to use magnet links instead?

i tried to login via Windows Explorer (Not Internet Explorer) but kinda fail.. it keep asking me to insert user n password which is correct.. hmm.. why is that ?

have you submit your issue in email / client area ?
