If you cant FTP, then your download wont start, so its not possible for it to stuck at 70%
If you had read your activation email, you would know where and how to get help.

Below is the screenshot of your FTP usage as for 10:00pm, if you cant connect to FTP, how are you downloading ?
I dont know what speed you have for your internet, but from what i see everything works just fine.
If you have any further issue, please email to safar.ibrahim@gmail.com, its easy for me to track down and reply within the same email.
If you post it here, i wont be able to respond till im back home, so my respond going to be slow.

I know for sure there is nothing wrong with server, i log into your account the moment you post your "problem" here.
You reported a problem that has nothing to do with my server and you make it as everything wrong with my server.
That's the whole reason i ask you to email it to me so i can check / solve your issue, posting it here give bad impression of my service, although its not my server issue.
