continue with 10Gb package service. ftp speed sometimes good, sometime not ok, (maybe cause by TMnut) but overall performance ok.

.........value for money.

yea TMnut problem ....as when i'm back in Malaysia the speed sometime good sometime not ok.....but once i in oversea oh my (see the pic)

i am having problem with download from FTP to my computer,
the speed isnt constant,i have tried using different computer and different line (i have two line,and both work fine).
i tried to submit a ticket int he website but only “If you can't find a solution to your problems in our knowledgebase, you can submit a ticket by selecting the appropriate department below." appear in the page ,and i cant find anywhere to select the department

If you have read your activation email, they you want be asking question here.
Please read it again, if you cant submit via trouble ticket, there is email addess provided to deal with your issue.

the direct downlaod speed is fast when i begin or resume download,
after 1 minute it go down to zero

please help me out here,i am 1st time using your service,i tried others before without problem at all
