gonna get huntkey green star later, hopefully every hardware have no more problem smile.gif.
*
the huntkey greenstar PSU is quite ok, with a decent price. For P4 rigs, the huntkey will be a very good choice, however, for newer rigs which utilize higher power for their graphic cards...like the 4870...better becareful...

i'm currently using huntkey for my c2d low end and happy with it... thumbup.gif

yoo ravewar, read yr siggy, not bad rig eh for c2d. I am tied my stomach and bowel, save some money to upgrade my pc. Just ordered xigmatek dark knight from lingloong, hopefully by tomorrow or monday will get it. Next will be a new casing xigmatek midgar allblack also from him.  thumbup.gif

hi powerwoot...myself also tied down like crazy...been saving for sometime, only now get to work on my stuff...started with my wife's project, as she needed a powerful PC for her work, as her P4 2.4 couldn't cope... laugh.gif not to say it's not good, but she's using illustrator, CS4 an all that....

I finished her rig already, and now currently working on my rig...got a WORKLOG in the Case and Modification Thread. Pls visit and give comments... biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Once done, I will move over to redo my P4 3.2G rig as well....mostly just cleanup and/or change certain parts....that's where your graphic card comes in... biggrin.gif rclxm9.gif notworthy.gif

I will still ensure that my P4 3.2G rig be the backbone/workhorse as it's my trustworthy companion... wub.gif always there for me... nod.gif

haha....no la...the casing outlook is still the same...I only did the mods for better cable management and neatness... nod.gif

as for paints, yeah...those rm6 per can sprays are actually the lowest quality paints...according to my car painter friend...the expensive ones are better, as you mentioned...

@alex,
you will need air compressor, spray gun, car spray booth, etc if u wanna buy... laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif

no offence to nvidia, but I'v lost trust in them, ever since the "cheating" case...and they have this "rebranding" of their cards... doh.gif

seems like they wanna confuse the public into thinking they were launching new models, but infact it was just a rebranding exercise... shakehead.gif

ati were no better...but you get what you pay for...in case of ati...

Added on October 30, 2009, 9:26 ambtw, anyone here looking for a CPU cooler....there's a guy in garage sale selling...

P4's raid, or for that matter, all raid from mobo controllers are not "hot-swappable"....hence cannot change while on the run, if there's fault on either one of the hdd...

...and really the z5500 that good ar?

i'm planning to get a budget 2.1 sound system....prolly the edifier 2300...something less than rm200...so how much is this z5500? hmm.gif
