4gb also useless. 32bit processor cannot access those memory registers. 3Gb is just nice :-)

Should be around that. Perhaps a HD2600XT is able to run par with 8600GT too?

yeah, 2600XT on par with 8600GT.

6 slots? that's really a rarity drool.gif
even for newer tech also very rare to find 6 slots on a mobo..except for i7 boards now laugh.gif

Even AGP one also?

@edmin,3GB is just nice for a 32bit OS. 4GB also can run but need 64bits OS.

@Jcsy, those board were very expensive last time.

@ray
i reckon that the agp one should be just slightly behind, probably due to agp bandwith limitations.

s478 cant run more than 4gb ram due to chipset limit, and cpu only 32bit like ed said.

hd2600xt is on par with 76gt. same level card. never try that card before. hahaha.....

@ray, act do we need 64 bit ? i think now most people just using the 32bit processing only. right?
what is the diff among two? is 64 bit common for now?

@e_k1117, 64bits is not necessary. Not many applications can run well with 64bits OS.

your fluctuation is normal, within error margin. the main concern is your default voltage. try running at stock clock and see if your restart problem persists.
