ray bro, cannot lah. s478 not 64bit capable. u can try get a copy of 64bit OS and install. if successful, please share with us your secrets...

s478 cant run more than 4gb ram due to chipset limit, and cpu only 32bit like ed said.

hd2600xt is on par with 76gt. same level card. never try that card before. hahaha.....

@ray, act do we need 64 bit ? i think now most people just using the 32bit processing only. right?

@e_k1117, 64bits is not necessary. Not many applications can run well with 64bits OS.

are the fluctuation too big already?

your fluctuation is normal, within error margin. the main concern is your default voltage. try running at stock clock and see if your restart problem persists.
