4gb also useless. 32bit processor cannot access those memory registers. 3Gb is just nice :-)

seldom hit up that high unless playing Company of Heroes i prefer my DFI mobo though, this MSI a bit dodgy.. =.= |

i reckon that the agp one should be just slightly behind, probably due to agp bandwith limitations. |

s478 cant run more than 4gb ram due to chipset limit, and cpu only 32bit like ed said.
hd2600xt is on par with 76gt. same level card. never try that card before. hahaha..... |

@e_k1117, 64bits is not necessary. Not many applications can run well with 64bits OS.

your fluctuation is normal, within error margin. the main concern is your default voltage. try running at stock clock and see if your restart problem persists.
