Soft reset your device, it may help to activate the ActiveSync. BLACIMG.nbh is a ROM.

oh~! HSPL? im not so sure bout HSPL using Storage. btw, have you done hardreset your BlackStone? maybe hardreseting will recover your USB connection?

hey guyz, I have problem play video file in Coreplayer. Recently I have downloaded some anime movie & MTV video clip..the video isn't smooth and really lag..what's wrong with it?

are you on Stock ROM or Custom? if you are on Custom, perhaps you should try flashing it to other's ROM to see whenever this USB connection still fail?

the video itself are too high to play on core, might need to do some conversion.

my phone is on stock rom... it also still got the starhub logo at the home screen... please help.. thanks...

From my previous experience flashing HardSPL 1.56, I almost brick my HTC HD using storage to flash HardSPL.
I rename to BLACIMG.nbh and after flashing done, my HTC HD keep hard reset/reboot.

I got panic and immediatelly plug in my USB cable and click on the HSPLWrapper_Blackstone_156OliNex.exe
to reflash the HardSPL 1.56, lucky everything ok, phew......

From now onwards, if I need to flash HardSPL, I will use via pc.

Note: For flashing ROM, no problem flashing via storage. Just copy the BLACIMG.nbh to root of the storage card
and follow the instruction to flash the rom.

GUys,bad new for people who bought the phone at RM3k++. I got a rumors that HTC gonna drop the phone price from RM 3,399 to RM 2,399 ... wow

but my problem is my pc don't detect my phone.. it is charging at the phone but it is not detected as USB storage. i've already look at the setting>connection>usb to pc and set to activesync and uncheck the box to enable fast data transfer. is it a hardware problem? but i can still charge my phone via cable to pc.. hmm.. thanks anyway...

can you HD detect in DiskDrive mode?? if No, then problem is on you USB Connector, loose while you plugin your cable? perhaps try to push/press the usb connector. btw, does your HD still underwarranty??

diskdrive mode also can't detect.. i've try push it a little bit hard but it won't detect. i buy it used and no warranty.. my bad.. any suggestion where to repair? what i'm confused is when i connect with my pc, it is charging. hmm..

I think nothing wrong with yr HTC. I have a friend who had a similar problem where PC cannot detect the phone.
She told me it was due to it was set to the USB to connect to the internet (something like that).
I try to play a round with my HTC but cant find it.

Probably you can give it a try (to change the setting for the internet connection via USB)

Another thing that I can think off is probably your HTC is in sleep mode.
(the conection from PC to HTC will cut off if the HTC goes to sleep mode. You must disable the HTC
from going to sleep mode)

So, it might be a hardware problem?

I thought this PDA is capable to play HD video file but why it's not??

some user who used to play alot of video might able to answer to your question. for me, some avi format playback without problem some will also lag and there is some setting have to be done.
