the best bet is to try each ROM until u find which is best for ur liking.. there's no best ROM, it depends on the user..

I tested on Energy.BLACKSTONE.23569.Sense2.5.Cookie.Jul.01, it quite smooth compare to other energy rom.

You can use the Data Controller in the "Internet" folder..and is there a drop down list for 23569 version?

or the more proper way, go to;

- Settings -> Connections -> Connections -> Advanced -> Select Network

change to "My ISP" or any other connections other than ur default..

No, 23569 don't have this drop down list. I found that 23569 smoother and faster than 21907.

it will connect to an invalid connection, so it won't get connected..
