Change to another ROM and see how.

i might be the touch pad problem.. happened to my HD with the new owner.. u could change the touch pad itself, but doing so might damage the screen.. so it would be best to change the whole screen.. common prob for Touch HD..

I tried update many different kinds of wm65 rom and did try the Energy ROM recommended by Lineage bro, but it finally failed, pls look at my file attachment. Is there any steps i didn't follow so make this error came out?

u need to flash the HSPL or USPL into ur phone 1st before flashing ur new custom ROM.. from 6.1 to 6.5 u have to change the SPL version..

go into bootloader mode and check ur SPL version..

make sure u have the recommended radio version for that particular ROM as well for best performance..

also, make sure u have updated the drivers for ur pc..

Bro termignoni, thanx for the instruction of SPL, I already updated my wm6.1 to wm6.5 with energy rom.

Does TOUCH HD need a 4gb storage?

glad it resolved ur problem..


it might be the OS problem.. solution, try hard reset (reset everything to original).. i might clear some errors in the registry.. however, plz backup ur data 1st.. 2nd solution, flash a new ROM..

er.. 1234? no need to enter anything bro.. to hard reset ur Touch HD, switch it off, remove battery, put it back on, hold volume up and volume down and press the power button.. keep holding the volume buttons.. then proceed as the on screen instructions..

yes, by the looks of it u are using WM6.5.5.. with the start button on the bottom.. so it already flashed with a custom cooked ROM.. just visit the above mentioned link to try several other ROMs, whichever ur heart desires..

If hard reset then all the apps including Microsoft office also gone?

I found Energy ROM quite lagging. Which WM6.5 ROM you guys have found is smooth and best performance for the HTC TOUCH HD?

* Class 2: 16 Mbit/s (2 MB/s)
* Class 4: 32 Mbit/s (4 MB/s)
* Class 6: 48 Mbit/s (6 MB/s)
* Class 10: 80 Mbit/s (10 MB/s)

the faster the transfer speed, the faster ur device respond..


as for the Touch HD ROM, the last ROM i used was Dutty's.. i no longer have my HD, so i can't comment on which ROM is better.. hehe..

Besides, any .cab apps support chinese words for WM6.5?

After I use Energy ROM Sense 2.5..I never use other ROM..which version you used? how lagging is there? mind to share your experience?
