abt the admin thing...it's not really very hard...my bro say he can help us with setting up the forum..but moderating needs our own effort...for the google adverse stuff..he say if we register the account in UK or US, we will get paid easier...and the money is bank in on monthly basis

the design is not to be worried...there are available template on the web di..

joomla + phpbb shud work well..

but the china's UCHOME which is in chinese is more somplete with build in forum function di..just we need to find the translated version or we have to do it ourselves

well..admin stuff is ok...we can share the password together....or setup account for more than 1 admin. if our target is users in Malaysia and SG only...then hosting the forum in MAlaysia is better for the speed..we can start wityh the low bandwidth account first..later only upgrade with the increase of our memebers
