wanna pickup, u have to pack ur lappy safely inside a box. it's better to use the original box u got when u bought it. i didn't call for pickup this time, mainly becaus emine is s41.5, the penang ppl dun noe abt this, so i cannot just send there, warranty will void de...so i choose to meet mr.yap myself, can troubleshoot on the spot, save more time

if u send through merchant square, it shud be 2 weeks time, if u send pickup, it's usually a little more than 1 week's time

i think it's better to get studio 15, definitely better than r47, since r series are not mainstream computer like s series.

yes, dell is famous for on-site repair service. we can't deny that, but consider the difference between the size of the company, benq definitely doesn't have so much human power to do this, so regarding the free on site pickup..we can consider that benq has done the best they can

u mean the warranty from dell?...there's no way to reduce it i guess, just like apple, u can't avoid the 1000 warranty for three years.

well.t6400 can consider normal only...but, if for usual use shud be ok...u gonna have less intensive gaming lo...DOta shud be fine
