According to their website, the condo is still there. The condo will be between Puteri 11 houses and Bayu Puteri apartments. Since the plot of land designated for condo is behind the Bayu Puteri apartment, it would not make sense to have a low rise as it view (selling point) will be blocked by the existing apartment....

Puchong is too crowded..Including BPP...Traffic jam is a nightmare...Look at number of shoplots that are still vacant..Good luck to those buying house there...

BPP shoplots are vacant? Are you talking about those newly completed or older phase? new shoplots definitely takes a while to fill but if you are talking about older phase then probably you need your eye check. Have you recently come to Puchong and see for yourself the traffic at Puchong? Although the cars are densed but its moving after they diverting access into 2 (from Sunway to Puchong Jaya and another fm Sunway to BPP). The traffic is much better compared to those in BU, PJ, Cheras whereby traffic come to a standstill. You are comparing Puchong with which city which does not have traffic jam? Do you know the houses here have risen by 100% for past 4-5 years and you wish them good luck owning a house here? Or because you cant afford one?

Of course 100% increase mah..Nowadays u buy house in Bukit Tinggi also 100% increase..That's current property market...so many shophouses vacant..new wants la..maybe ur rite its slow..maybe after 2 years can get occupancy...

To all Seti Walk ("SW") retail owners & retail tenants, residents around Puchong and patrons to Setia Walk who are concern about the future of Setia Walk,
Setia Walk is under attack!
Some property agents are attempting to turn Setia Walk into a place for student hostel and at the moment 60+ African students had moved into the SW apartments. Some agents even sent out "threatening sms' which claims that they would move in more African students in the coming weeks and ask the rest of owners to surrender.
Let's gather at SW R3 apartment's lobby (just opposite of The Museum cafe) next Saturday June 8 11am to voice our concern to SW management. Quite a number of owners already acknowledged their participation but we need more to get our voice heard load and clear by SW management.
Our objective is not to against a particular race, but we against any attempt to turn SW apartments (including Vio, btw) into a student hostel.
