Ek..orthos i dunno how to set for core 2 and core 3 test..juz core 0 and core 1 tested..even i on 2 orthos in a time...clueless on finding the settings then decide to use OCCT...

so probablity of getting it fail is higher...
im too lazy to wait, orthos / occt for 20mins only..then i consider stable d.. if i use prime,less then a min stuck..sakit hati and susah hati.hahaha what kind of thinking i have.... not good one,

prime 95 is better benchmark tool IMO.hehehe

yup, if u wan 2 orthos u gotto tweak something IINM.. but i also dunoe hw to tweak, gotto learn aft this, n wat i do is, i open 1xorthos + 2xsuper2004 if 4cores proc
else for easy case, js use OCCT/prime that will be nice.

for the name, actually 790GX with code name RD780RS780D, the only 790 is 790FX where its codename is RD790.

mayb asus using their codename, so thy name the board with "78" where it use 790GX chipset..

haha... KVR can go around 950mhz, on stock... vDIMM/timing..
loosen some timing may help to push some clock speed for ur ram..

on stock vdimm? i increased up to 3 notch..still havent reach 900 but stuck at orthos..what will be the prob ya?

oh no... my bad that 950mhz was not prime clock... is js can hit that clock, but is almost gonna hang 1...

if stable clock.. 900mhz is reasonable... 950 need to do some tweak..

ok now u try 900mhz.. wat ur vdimm, i thk u try with stock 1st, if fail, u loose some timing..

hmm read review bout this asus mobo..yeah hell good!..but the price killing me..RM8xx..while MSI 790FX-GD70 is only RM700.
my gaygay only worth about RM520..must topup abit around RM180+ planning wana CF 4770!walaa...

btw this MSI790FX hv good reviews,so i guess not prob with quality of the component n bla..bla..

timing loosen... but it wont boot at 900mhz bootblock appear.
im going to find the max...haish.. if 870mhz is good enough for me

edit: its orthosable for 2mins and still running... up to 940...i fogot its stock vdimm or not..i guess yes...now im happy.
