I would like to know if BB Bold 9000 has any ringtone problem. I tested 1 set. Some ringtones are loud & some tones I can hardly hear (those tones are very loud in 8520 & 9700. Is it a phone problem or it is actually a bug in 9000?

Can anyone here show me how to set the calendar and task events to display at the main screen? i search from the forum to download today theme but then i can't actually find it. thanks

I just bought the Blackberry 9700 yesterday.
I bought the machine only.

The problem is, when someone called me, the caller id will appear as unknown even I already saved their names in the address book.
Anyone care to help?

The lenght I choose 8.
Is that correct?
Still does not work

Tried battery pull hundred times already.

another question.. MAxis set the PIN is registered under Maxis.. so If I wanna change to Digi? can I straight change or I have to call Maxis to release the pin?

At home when i connected to my WIfi i can see my BIS is connected to my wifi.

So does it means I'm not utilising my Maxis BIS? If true then it can be 1 way of saving then for those with limited package.

* this is my 1st month of using BIS service and I started with 10MB (limited package). Still waiting for 1st bill to see whether i exceeded or not

My main usage only for emails (around 100 per day).

if u connected to wifi, u will use ur wifi network to boost speed of ur bis instead ur maxis BIS. if u unsubscribe to BIS ur all apps like fb, email will also not work, because BIS+wifi as a speed supporter

PIN is everything. It's like your birth cert. Ask previous telco to release the PIN before register with a new telco.

got problem with my 8520 email. i can send email to people but when the the recipient reply back the email is not push back to bb. sigh. im using gmail and xpax bis

PIN is the utmost important thing for BB phones. AFAIK, the Malaysian telcos doesn't lock the pin with them. I tried calling both Maxis & DiGi & this is what they told me. For DiGi, it is true because I personally tried & it still worked well after switching sim.

Please download your service book again. No idea on how to do it for Celcom.
