Hope this helps. I got mine from the recent Homedec few weeks back.

Vendor: Vin Art (www.vinart.com.my)
- Frameless Shower Screen 10mm tampered glass (some sort of like http://www.vinart.com.my/img/frameless/6b.jpg) @RM650 (<4.5ft)
- Bi fold door laminated glass @RM380

Haven't got mine installed yet so perhaps I can provide some feedback in a fortnight or so's time smile.gif

I reckon it's safer to get a 10mm thickness. Bathrooms are afterall prone to accidents >.<

P/S: There's gonna be some renovation expo @PWTC end of this month. Worth checking out if these shower screen vendors are gonna be there...

usually need a "kerb" to prevent water flow out from shower screen boundary.
If existing floor do not have kerb, might need to hack the floor to add in.
Another option is to add in a solid surface kerb.
Should not need hacking for this.
I guess with the same logic you might not even need to hack to add in a tiled kern but might look fugly. tongue.gif

i think its juz whether u prefer two panels or 3 nia kua...if im not wrong, thicker glass heavier n hence less prone to vibrations, but that is just my opinion.but donno y different kinda size panels need different thickness

I just like 8mm glass. If install 8mm must 2 panel door. 3 panel door can't use 8mm just can use 4 only.
