You can't. As if the laptop is not hot enough. Overclocking a laptop is NOT a wise move.

Yup,the laptop is already a heat generator with the default setting for the GPU, if you OC it, well maybe you can say bye bye to your laptop in a few days time or maybe weeks...

Should be modem and card reader. Try downloading vista drivers for them and install it.

Open k10stat, go to P-state, under CnQ, there are P0, P1 and P2, depending on CPU you can change the lowest voltage for each clock.
For my Turion RM-70 2.0Ghz, here are my settings.

P0 2000Mhz 1.00V
P1 1000Mhz 0.80V
P2 500Mhz 0.75V

That is the lowest stable voltage I can do.I didnt try Prime but its stable for my daily use. Temp dropped around 5-10C but still maintaining the same performance. NB voltage cannot be change.

each CPU is different so you have to test the stability on your own. Im not sure what is the clocks for rm-74 but my assumption is this

P0 2200mhz
P1 1100mhz
p2 550mhz

can you give me the default voltage for rm74?
