no wonder la...i jumped in BSDREIT last week..HEKTAR two days ago...today bought ARREIT. not mean buy or sell !
worth to give deep thought on REITs below (current price vs last year DPU):
ARREIT (0.72, last DPU 7.01 cents)
BSDREIT (1.11, DPU 11.03 cents)
HEKTAR (0.885, DPU 10.3 cents)
UOAREIT (1.03, DPU 10.03 cents)
AXREIT (1.50, DPU 15.27 cents - highest woo..)
ATRIUM (0.62, DPU 8.4 cents) - got tenancy problem but the management is confident to find a new one..
all are closed to 10% and more gross yields. i know this does not mean they will maintain the performance due to uncertainty in our economy. suffice to say it is much better than FD and units trusts (slow to appreciate when the economy recover later)....
may be we want to hear a fairer verdicts from sifu cherroy?
