Axreit Q1 report was out 2 days ago, profit up 15%. declaring a 3.9 sens dividend. DPU will be give out on quaterly basis. therefore price jumped.

next coming up would be Hektar and Amfirst.

The reason is simple. Today, I bought some REITs!!! Just joking!
Reason, a few REITs are announcing their Q1 results and getting div soon!!! Another thing is other stocks goreng too much jor, not worth based on current market situation (based on my personal opinion).
