QUOTE(YuNGSeNG @ Apr 22 2009, 03:22 PM) 1.Anyone can explain what is the red color highlight means ? in "PRIME" question 12.What happen to "BASWELL" ? Yesterday closing price 0.34 but today sell at 0.20 no people want to buy. mine side doest have red color highlighted, but is stated "Active with Alert Announcemnet". » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « why? r u buying? sounds alien to me. |

QUOTE(aurora97 @ Apr 22 2009, 03:28 PM) QUOTE(YuNGSeNG @ Apr 22 2009, 03:33 PM) Plan to queue (buy) but I afraid somethings going wrong with this counter as "Active with Alert Announcemnet" or "investor alert". However, I try to see any latest news from this counter but can't found in OSK188. refer to aurora97 post. avoid PN17 counter. you'll get burn. the ang moh saying is right.
"sell in may and go away" summer holiday starts in may. so the ang moh sell off their shares and go for a 3-months vacation, without looking/worrying about stock market. market would be quiet / less trading during may - june. |

QUOTE(sopol @ Apr 22 2009, 03:45 PM) does anyone notice REIT counters suddenly got quite active trade today..? could be a shift of fund from normal shares (heading south) to income based counters (sleepy since early the year)? safe parking for handsome profit after 'gorenged' for the past 3 weeks? Axreit Q1 report was out 2 days ago, profit up 15%. declaring a 3.9 sens dividend. DPU will be give out on quaterly basis. therefore price jumped.be informed that now is the income reporting season..do they see a light at the end of the tunnel? next coming up would be Hektar and Amfirst. |

QUOTE(chyaw @ Apr 22 2009, 03:49 PM) The reason is simple. Today, I bought some REITs!!! Reits DPU is twice (or more) than our bank FD!!! Reason, a few REITs are announcing their Q1 results and getting div soon!!! Another thing is other stocks goreng too much jor, not worth based on current market situation (based on my personal opinion). not to forget, value appreciation, too, yay! |

QUOTE(cute_boboi @ Apr 22 2009, 04:55 PM) Actually NV Multi is a very good business in terms of monetary profit. the founder started off as a rubber taper. Good things happen, people eat and celebrate, die from cholesterol, etc. Bad things happen, people die from suicide, not enough to eat, etc. Nothing happen, people still need to die from natural cause or sickness People not yet die, already book land and place to rest. Like buying Futures. BTW, are they listed ? http://www.nvmc.com.my/corp02.asp and yup, it is listed on KLSE. code 5021. |
