Hi sifu-sifu, i was using Digi 78V package just port into Celcom Mega plan lightning M without realizing there is speed cap of 5mpbs in Celcom. (My Digi can get more than 30mbps but usage of past half year isnt so stable for the past 1 year).

May I know what package is good without speed cap?
Budget : RM100
Needed: Unlimited call, proper high internet speed, stable across KL.

If possible, except Maxis plan since I already have another maxis line.

Thanks in advance

I just subscribed to Celcom Mega Plan lightning M (Total Quota 40GB) . I don't see any T&C that mention about speed cap of 5mbps except for Unlimited Quota plan. Is this true?

The plan you subscribe to is the base Celcom Mega plan, not Celcom Mega with Lightning M Pass because the said pass comes with an extra 10GB data (total is 50GB).

Any plan best for 1 main and 1 sub. Standard usage for call and data. An unlimited plan is not necessary as there is unifi broadband ar home.

Currently using Maxis but i think their price is not competitive at all and poor loyalty program for long timer...

You can check the list of Digi plans here. They show comparisons between postpaid plans + prepaid plans and what it offers. Hope this helps

Currently using DiGI but im thinking of changing to another Telco. Is Celcom any better?

Area dependent and performance between day and night could be very different too. Best is to buy a Celcom Xpax to try it out first before you MNP your Digi line over to Celcom.

Hi guys!

I'm currently using UMobile P48 (5GB data, 5GB Video-Onz, Unlimited Music-Onz, Unlimited App-Onz & Unlimited Calls).

My daily usage includes light social media scrolling, medium usage of youtube, listening to podcasts and some Google Maps. I rarely exceed my monthly quota so my current plan can be considered good.

However, I'm looking to further reduce my monthly commitment and I saw 3 postpaid options:

1. UMobile GX50 -- Promo now so, only RM40/month. Unlimited data and unlimited call.
2. Celcom XPAX Lite + M Pass -- RM 38/month. 8GB of data, Unlimited YouTube, WhatsApp, FB and IG, Unlimited call.
3. Hotlink Postpaid 40 -- RM40/month. 8 GB data, 8GB of YouTube, unlimited call and unlimited SMS.

I've been using UMobile for over 5 years now and the coverage at my workplace and my home is pretty good (Have 4G only but sometimes drop to H+). Anyone of you used the plans and can give me your insight or recommendations?

Thanks!
