p1 rm99 1.2mbps home plus package.

currently very happy with it. at least I can get speed up till 1.5mpbs. last time streamyx combo 1mbps package only mere 850kbps with slow international servers.

Woah! This is really big news. This should be like in headlines of newspapers.

TM is really digging their own grave my friends. Whomever put that statement in their new contract should be fired. Congratulations in making Malaysia the worst country in world for broadband services. This is totally a perfect example of "First world country with first class infrastructure but with third world mentality".

Now I am sure their marketing people are sure gonna have a though time to sell any new streamyx packages to the public. The competitors should really use this to beat the hell out of TM.

if asked, say dats my "best effort".
ask summore, say, "dis is wat ur service worth"

announce do dem:
"due to internet slow to crawl, there has been business interruption. Expected to pay ur bill on [date here]"

upon reaching the date, tell dem:
"due to my pc breakdown, $$$ cannot be transfered. Restoration in progress.
for further question, call xxxxxxxxxxx"

remember, wen dey call, hold @ least 10 minutes b4 picking up, learn from their CS.
