TMNET silly lah. They should allow everyone to torrent and use their line to the max. Then people will spend less time reading RPK and other blogs. Now the torrent so slow, I find myself reading more opposition based news.

if I want to access INTRANET, I'll use TM.

Yes and no.

Those who read the terms and condition before applying, they are smart enough to dodge it. Those who go for the speed not knowing the after sales effect, its easy money for the culprit.

Its up to the consumers in the end. For us, current users, surely there will be a great loss to the userbase.

Next time they will blocking some certain websites as like China themselves who blocked pron sites & megaupload also some international spacing site rapidshare etc..

I believe tmnet is the 1st in the world which has this kind of terms... Pioneer of bad ISP service, malaysia boleh!!! lol

Not only ISP service. Public transport as well, worse kind among countries. What else, emergency service, needed the most 10 ~ 15 mins, the longest? 1/2 hr. To make police report? Tunggu, tunggu and tunggu.

Says differently. I find it suspicious as Tm is hiding something, somewhere. That is the actual ToC we are signing to.

ya loh.. that was package detail only. In TOS does not state that.. so we still can complaint if speed slow to international!
