QUOTE(charge-n-go @ Apr 26 2009, 02:15 PM) I am just wondering, how many of us here actually exercise everyday. i do.. and it's been a week now.. my exercise routine is like 15x3 pushup, 25x3 leg raise, 15x3 sit up for morning, evening and night(before i go to bed) and i go to gym for the equipments which targets my biceps, triceps, abs, shoulders, chest and etc. basically the whole upper body and 15minutes of HIIT (1minute of speed 5 and 20 seconds of speed 15.5) This post has been edited by synchun: Apr 26 2009, 03:38 PM

QUOTE(myremi @ Apr 27 2009, 09:36 PM) Chicken is ok lah. Just remove the fat and don't eat it. Pork, beef, lamb are worst. The fat is in-between the meat. Very hard to separate. That's why some parts are called streaky. hi wiki-san, you know the frozen chicken slices which are edible without heating/cooking them? i just bought them for breakfast with my wholemeal bread. any opinions? are they good? but they taste quite delicious =D This post has been edited by synchun: Apr 27 2009, 10:16 PM

yeah, it looks like ham but relatively larger, about the size of a bread. and i thought it was good because there are no oils but i need the meat for protein..

i have no ideas how you guys jog for so long.. im struggling at speed 10km/h on the treadmill. when i jog until the 7th or 8th minute, i feel like dying already but i just hang on until 15minutes.. lol is it because of my stamina?

Syd G, so u think its better for me to jog at 7.5km/h for 15minutes if 10km/h is killing me?
