30DS moving up and down i.e. from standing to floor in a few minutes is what makes it so pukeable. That's one thing I don't like about it.

Not supposed to weigh ourselves for that 30 days. I also posted earlier this week with my progress and I kena penalty. Extra 0.5 kg to lose. Dunno why you tak kena brows.gif yet

ok lah then i'll take the penalty slapped on me by tengster off. will keep to my original goal of 2kgs. i think weighing once a week is preferable to not weighing for a month. it's kind of a "checks & balances" sort of thing.

Lost 1.5 kg. Off from goal by 0.5 kg. Will be more diligent with next challenge.

The problems I faced
- not working out enough especially cardio
- weekend (friday night to sunday evening) diet horrible
- baking too much! almost every weekend except last two. give away most of it but still have to taste test and eat 1 or 2.
- getting sick too often sad.gif headaches, neck aches, uti ... lol

Cardio session only 20 - 30 minutes. Lot of fat to lose so need more cardio.

Seriously think this girl is just naturally like that only. Like 80-90% genetic luck of draw. How is this achievable for other people? Where's the work she put into 'building' her physique compared to the really 'built' women posted earlier?

myremi those are excellent suggestions.

30 Days vs 90 days - I agree with 30 days challenge and not 90 days since even with only 30 days by the final week some of us were slacking off. Me included.

Weigh-ins: Weighing yourself as often as you want personally but with a weekly check-in on the thread at a set day of the week is good.

Realistic Goals: Additionally think we need to set more realistic goals. Losing a maximum of 2 lbs per week is the recommended amount me thinks. I know maybe some people can do more than that but realistically and consistently? Probably not. Correct me if I'm wrong of course.

Weekly Challenges: Maybe each week the group agrees and sets a weekly challenge. Like # of cardio minutes per week or something like that.

I have 9 kg, 20 lbs to lose. But in 30-days aiming for 6 lbs, 1.5 lbs per week.
