skipping gym next week
preparing my bday's stuff and im on period also hate the feeling while PERIOD,coz cannot do intense cardio! my body fat is 21.5%[man..IN my OPINION,thats too high bf my aim is bf 16%,envy bodyspace bb.com girls can hav single digit bf if i wanna be like them,i guess i need 3 years gym contract to achieve my goal!LOL!
