I dont have latest yet. but seriously hardly can notice anything from photo. my waist cut 1.x cm only.
It just happen that, I feel my pants a bit looser this morning. tat's why take a quick measurement and wow, 86.x cm (last measurement was near to 88cm).

skipping gym next week
preparing my bday's stuff and im on period also
hate the feeling while PERIOD,coz cannot do intense cardio! vmad.gif can only do weight training and yoga/pilates..
my body fat is 21.5%[man..IN my OPINION,thats too high bf rclxub.gif ]
my aim is bf 16%,envy bodyspace bb.com girls can hav single digit bf
if i wanna be like them,i guess i need 3 years gym contract to achieve my goal!LOL! biggrin.gif tongue.gif

today did a lot of weight training,arms,abs,legs[each session 6 set]
cardio,30mins crosstrainer,15mins treadmills 6.0speed,1 hour RPM,15 mins stationary bike

Seriously think this girl is just naturally like that only. Like 80-90% genetic luck of draw. How is this achievable for other people? Where's the work she put into 'building' her physique compared to the really 'built' women posted earlier?

Personally my guy likes me just like I am now .. a little chubby, and warns me not to get too skinny and especially not lose the b@@bs lol We go out and he points out the girls - that I think are perfect - and goes "Don't get skinny like that!". If that's the case then I just give up trying to lose weight cos he thinks I'm sexy enough like this? Cos I already snared a man?!

I'm actually doing it for my own personal happiness. I feel better at my fighting weight which is around 130 - 140 lbs. To most people that itself would be overweight or not skinny enough but that's where I would like to get back to and where I feel best.
