Anyone else has goals on weight-loss/BF loss? Also, when is the last day for sign-up? The Monday itself or we giving a few days for stragglers to sign-up? |

And I can see that you like the green color. As for lean, what's your definition of lean? I get the feeling that if you really want to go lean, you may have to do the V-diet that iamyuanwu was mentioning about. |

I don't think as a man you should be going as low as 1100-1600 kcal unless you're going for a body building competition. Reducing calorie intake - yes that works but also increasing exercise form is equally important. Getting rid of fat seems to be dependant on the type of exercise you do and finding out what works may take awhile.
For operations, because there are hospital nurses to monitor your conditions as well, going that low is probably ok but still not healthy. |
