Have you read the pinned sections yet? Why Aren't You Growing and Proper Pre & Post Workout Nutrition. And check out this thread too: http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/997561The point is eat, exercise and sleep enough --> GROWTH. You might want to tryi this: LOMAD---1 litre of milk a day (or more!)

17 years old only. Metabolic rate still high. If tidur pun tak cukup, sure won't put on mass.
Wait til you're 25, m8... when you're metabolic rate begins to slow down considerably. You're gonna pack on some serious lard on your belly in no time!
Anyway, LOMAD. Litre of milk a day. RM3.5 per day (wantan mee also RM4 nowadays). Maybe you could get it cheaper in bulk.
