How to solve? A: For those of you who have who accidentally click or did a "Reset All Settings" or "Erase All Content and Settings" or stuck at boot logo for a long peroid of time, please refer to the steps below to restore your iPhone: Please download the firmware to your desktop before you proceed. 1. Make sure the iPhone is not connected to the computer. 2. Close the iTunes application and re-open it again. 3. Plug the usb bit to the computer 4. Hold the "home" button of the iphone 5. Now plug the dock connector bit to your iphone (without letting go the home button) 6. Await for further instructions on the screen and then release the "home" button. 7. Hold shift and click restore for Windows users and select the firmware. Hold Alt/Option button and click Restore for Mac users and select the firmware. For 2G iPhone, after restoring your firmware, you need to jailbreak and unlock using Pwnagetool or Quickpwn to have a full function phone. *For unlock 3G iPhone, you can jailbreak your iPhone if you choose to.
