Hi guys , it's ok to tie the Itunes Gift Card value to US account ?

it depends on where u got the itunes gift card. if it's the US one, then only can use for itunes US store. if it's aussie's itunes gift card, can only use in itunes aussie store n so on

guys..is there a way for me to transfer old contacts from an old sim card to the iphone 4 which uses the microsim?ive been trying to do it for my brothers iphone 4 and cant figure out how. im afraid that if i backup his old contacts in my 3gs,it would combine with my own contacts.anyone?

If you backup the old contacts thru your iPhone, as you said it will get combine together. Better not.

i have an iphone 3g with firmware 3.1.2 and jailbroken, and i want to restore the phone. The thing is, i dont have a restore file on my PC because the original restore file was on my macbook which i sold

So guys, is there a way i can restore it back to 3.1.2 or 3.1.3? I dont want to update to 4.x because of the speed issue

Can i just download the firmware from some website, and then restore to that file ?

hey...quick question..so i just got my iphone 4 from digi...wanted to register my phone on itunes..i entered everything till the part about billing method then i had to cancel coz i dun have a credit card n there is no NONE box to tick..so i got myself a malaysian itunes account tru the method of selecting free apps then i tried to re-register my phone..but when the phone is connected again...it will bring me to the window asking me to name my phone and sync my computer with my phone..i dunno how to register my phone..or is it already registered?? plz..sorry for noob questoin

hey.. i would like to ask one simple question.. let say i've registered msia itunes and my phone is sync with it.. and i want to register another us itunes account.. when i log in with my PC's itunes and sync with my phone.. will my msia itunes account apps and stuff still be there? or it will wipe out? can i have like apps from msia itunes account and us itunes account? because i've bought some apps from the msia itunes account and want to use it anyone? thanks

hi. i've encountered problem in registering itune account. i selected None in billing information, filled in addresses and details, however when click next it says your payment method is invalid. please provide valid information. thx for the quick reply. i did download the steps in the beginner's guide and make sure i follow each steps. but still the problem persists. 1st, i tried using my correct details, still it says "your method of payment is invalid...blabla". 2nd, i tried using fake info, and still got the same error. hmm....anyway, i am now restoring the iphone 4 (digi unit) to factory setting. maybe it's somehow related to the synching problem and this problem.

Anyone having iTunes store payment problems?

I also tried MYS account with MYS c/card (2 cards) - Both declined.

Called bank, no problem.

What is going on with iTunes store?

mine also says the payment method declined. i chose 'None' though. still can't register myself with itune

Did you try entering ur c/card details? or u don't have one? Can enter, you wont be charged unless u buy something.

Something weird just happen and I hope someone can explain what is going on.

I added my public bank debit card to my account in itunes store malaysia, and I am sure my debit card has a balance of only RM30 bucks or so. I tried to purchase an app with the price of $29.99 (logmein) and it got through. How come?

i did try to register for malaysian itunes... yes.. it also got rejected... but what i do is... i register and put click none when register... then when i after the registration's clear and i already activate my itunes, i click paid apps and it prompts to entering ur credit card... in this case i use my maybank debit card and guess what...? it went tru....

so now im shopping for my apps.... bought imovie, hdr pro and a couple of more and it all went tru...

But the amount I bought exceed the balance available in my debit account. I thought debit card doesn't allow negative amount like credit card does? what will happen if they charge me later on and I don't have enough balance in the account? I can use the app just fine right now.
