and i want to upload my songs in my pc to iphone..

no way you can get back, unless you have the contacts back in your sim card. if you do, then import the contacts to your phone.

i dont have any contacts in my sim card... sad.... T_T

did u happen by chance to sync with outlook?

okie~~ here is my problem. I normally add music to my Iphone via my home lappy. But a few days back, my friend took my phone and sync it with his lappy. So~~ all my music now are gone. I tried re-syncing it back with my lappy hoping to transfer everything back but failed numerous times. Tried creating a playlist and dragging my songs and re-sync it but still fail..

Remember to tick all the musics in music tab. And if happens to fail again, you try to untick and re-tick the music again before sync again.

Hey guys, first time posting up here. Anyway, i've encountered a problem with my iPhone. My problem is that the phone wont charge at all. I've used the deck, connected to a computer, wall plug, almost everything. Still, it wont charge. Everything else works fine, just that it wont charge, it wont sync to the computer also. hmph, any solutions ?

erm, your problem is indeed very sinister.

it may need repair/warranty claim.

i doubt it is a software issue, but no harm restoring it as a new iPhone (via iTunes) as a last resort.

i dont think restoring is an option because i cant even connect to iTunes. The last time i charged it was 2 days ago using my sisters computer :/

well, i foresee a faulty dock/comm board.

you can always try on another PC/MAC to see if your iPhone is really a goner.

my previous laptop just refuse to recognise my iPhone 3G, but works fine on my MBP.

i tried on my iMac, it doesnt work. Tried on my vaio laptop, still nothing. Oh and i cant seem to completely turn off my iPhone. When i turn it off, it just comes back on automatically. Its goin bonkers ! ! Where can i fix my iphone ? Its jailbroken so i dont think i can go to maxis.Is there any way i could sync my iPhone in ? i need to sync some stuff before it dies ! Argh !

As said by nokia2003, most probably problem lie against the charging port. Its no longer software issue, indeed a hardware malfunction.

When you plug in to any PC, you cant detect your iPhone. Nevertheless, i don't think Maxis staff can detect your phone too. 1 to 1 change straight away.

When I connect my iPhone to my lappie, i can see Apple iPhone under My Computer, but iTunes doesn't see the iPhone at all.

I tried to reinstall my itune and restart Apple MObile Device, iTune still not recognize my iPhone..

Help me pls~

Are you sure is error (-9812)? Its better you can print screen shoot and attached it here. Otherwise we cant help you if we dont get clear picture of your situation.
