if not mistaken the victim friend whom kamkam brought to meet saper-ko-cinta (skc) bought this thing from skc without being informed/warned that is a KO, at regular Alternator price.

asking for discount during COD with the price was agreed beforehand is not acceptable by most of the sellers. I think all ebayers know this, or heard of this, or read this from many sellers' description.
