hmmm and he contacted me to buy a couple of TFs. Thanks guys for the heads up. Will definately hold off any transaction with him, at least until he clears EVERYTHING up over here.

edited: pmed him about this thread and asked him to drop by. lets see if he even bothers to clarify things.

hmmm, the OP matter aside, it seems whoulove rubs people the wrong way when buying stuff. sorry buddy, from the way i see it, it seems to happen too often to be an isolated case.

bargaining/negotiating is one thing when both come to an amicable agreement. but the thing is too many you've bought from has feelings of resentment. perhaps that should have been considered instead of getting a better value buy. unnecessary negotiations belittles and disrespects the seller, while not an outright crime, its somewhat annoying.

anyway, back to the OP i agree some financial compensation should be paid by whoulove. very simple matter of it was damaged during his handling.

QUOTE(whoulove @ Apr 14 2009, 03:36 PM)
jsut let me try ask u a simple scenario ,

when u buy a 2nd hp from a seller , the seller claimed it was ok , but when u test on the spot, the phone has no reception or cant Turn ON after u placed yr simkad in !!???? so buyer that test the phone shud b FULLY blame on it ?

this is like a grey situation / chicken and egg situation, seller knws that item was ok and good. but buyer proved that the item was infact got problem ! now tell me frens , if u try the phone and the phone got problem , are u telling me that u WILL buy the phone , despite it was tested to prove that it was problem ???

that scenario is incorrect. try dropping the handphone and then your simcard does'nt work while testing would have been a closer analogy.
