i've had an admiration for shirts with cuffs and am also interested in cufflinks.

let's say, I want to test some of those shirts and cuffs on myself, but I want to start on a budget to see whether the look is suitable for my daily work wear. where would you guys suggest a newbie like me to go to shop?
