I define them as stocks that when you buy, you don't think of keeping it. My all time goreng stocks are SAAG and Ramunia. Proton almost become my goreng stock when the price was 1.50+. Too bad, I already put my stake in SAAG and Ramunia at that time. My boss follow my advice and buy Proton for goreng. Less than a week, he got 20% capital gain. That's shows I got no luck in goreng...

will dump another 2% when market goes to 950, another 2% when market up 960, another 2% when 970!!!

most of my stock high dividend stock leh.. very difficult to dispose off.. sim tia!!!

One advice, do not fall in love with any stock, because stock never will love you.

several factor i'm considering..

- i don't need money now.
- i'm happy with 7% return, 4% dividend + 3% capital appreciation
- i still have300k bullet to shoot. I allocated 20k each week
- since i dispose 20k, this week, i will have 40k to shoot.
- I will only buy when market goes back down minimum 920, even that, have to c certain counter.
- for each week, i'm not buying, money will be rolled over to next week.
- if i don't buy this , next week i got 60k to shoot

i hope i can hold on to this strategy

Good way to re balance between Shares and Cash.

Get more cash when shares go up.

Get more shares when shares come down.

if market hit 1000 point, i hope to liquidate at least 20% of my holding

not too much, not too less..

But seriously I do see a lot of people fall in love with their favourite stocks, which is the mistake general people did, especially goreng one.
