I think KLCI really goreng too much compare to regional index. As we drop significantly less than others, we shouldn't rebound so much as others...

Feng shui chart so far has been correct. So, next time we just need to buy a feng shui book and placed our stake accordingly... rclxms.gif Life so easy nowadays whistling.gif

Yup! You're right! trading is taxable!!! Investing is not taxable!!!

Just buy 63lot of Axreit today. Wanted to stop buying Axreit, but seems like other stocks all fly to sky jor. And if next week announcement shows good div, price can go higher some more...

FSL Trust! Based on my buying price, my div yield should be 40% (for Y2009), when economy recover, should be 50%!!! Unless something bad happen, the div is achievable based on historical record (conservative calculations).

The share was drop drastically due to div payout change from 100% to 75-80% (risk management done by the company in case customer default payment).

100% sure not capital repayment! The div increase year by year. 40% is based on last year div discounted 20% (div payout cut).
The company also provide very good info on website. Every Q, they will forecast next Q div payout. So far, they never miss their div forecast!
