Stock market V23, New PM in the house

I also don't really goreng. Use less than 5% of my investment for it. Since I'm not good in goreng, alway under cook (sell too early). Total goreng gain this year is around 1K+ Currently, want to sell off my mid term stocks (Warrants) and over heating stocks!!! I define them as stocks that when you buy, you don't think of keeping it. My all time goreng stocks are SAAG and Ramunia. Proton almost become my goreng stock when the price was 1.50+. Too bad, I already put my stake in SAAG and Ramunia at that time. My boss follow my advice and buy Proton for goreng. Less than a week, he got 20% capital gain. Today's news on GM:
WASHINGTON (AFP) - - The US Treasury Department has told General Motors to make all necessary preparations for a possible bankruptcy filing by June 1, even though the troubled automaker insists it can restructure its business on its own, The New York Times reported.
Citing unnamed people "with knowledge of the plans," the newspaper said the instructions had been conveyed by members of President Barack Obamas automotive task force, who spent last week in meetings and on conference calls with GM in Detroit and Washington.
The talks are expected to continue this week, the report said.
According to the paper, the goal is to prepare GM for a fast "surgical" bankruptcy.
The automaker already has been granted 13.4 billion dollars in federal aid, and its managers are insisting the company's image should not be damaged.
The preparations are aimed at assuring a GM bankruptcy filing is ready should the company be unable to reach agreement with bondholders to exchange roughly 28 billion dollars in debt into equity in GM and with the United Automobile Workers union, which has balked at granting concessions without sacrifices from bondholders, The Times said.

KUALA LUMPUR, April 13 - Malaysia's mobile phone operator Axiata Group <AXIA.KL> will be in a position to start paying dividends in 2011, a local newspaper reported on Monday quoting the company's chief executive officer. "I'm not declaring this but in 2011, as a total group, we will be cash positive. So we will be in a position to do that," said Axiata's Jamaludin Ibrahim. Axiata was formerly known as TM International. |

For long term investment, it depends on your faith on the company. If you think the company will not do well in the future, you better dump it even currently it give good profit!!! For short term, it depends on your risk appetite.
