I let them sleep separately, 2 different cage and put them far from each other, but still can see each other 
During the night, either one start to make noise, then another one follow

Poms needs a lot of attentions, they are very manja dogs. I guess your pom just want attention. After reading all the barking dog story I think i'm blessed that I got a chow chow. She never bark unless got stranger at gate. If she is inside the house, she can even doesn't bark a single time in few days.
